Job Description

Daily Management of the kitchen of this 28 roomed boutique Hotel in Lesotho. Menu Planning, Cost and Stock Control and Management, Ordering of Stock, Training of Staff, Management of Hygiene, portion and quality standards. Previous stable work history and proven track record within within a high end boutique hotel environment at Executive Chef level required.

Benefits

Accommodation provided for first few months, person is free to find own accommodation later with an Accommodation allowance. The company will organize and apply for Work Permit.

Skills/Requirements:
Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills. Great Training and Leadership skills. Ability to manage costs and stock effectively. Creative when it comes to Menu planning and preparation and presentation of meals.

Qualifications

  • Formal Culinary / Professional Cookery Qualification is essential.
