Lodge in Guernsey reserve, Limpopo, looking for an F&B Supervisor
This is a small lodge catering for 10 guests. It is not Big 5.
Lodge is relatively new with great facilities
The successful incumbent will be mainly focussed on housekeeping, F&B and BOH duties.
He/she will also be required to manage the lodge when the manager is on their leave cycle and should be comfortable dealing with guests and handling reservations and FOH duties
Previous experience in a similar position and particularly in housekeeping and F&B would be an advantage
You need to be comfortable working in an isolated area for extended periods. It is a small lodge and there is little interaction other than with guests and your colleagues.
You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a cheerful disposition.
Regular and comprehensive reports to the overseas based owner will form an important part of your duties.
