Safari JOBS is now searching for a young, passionate & energetic F&B Manager for an intimate 5* luxury lodge situated in the Northern Kruger region.

The ideal candidate must have a good understanding / knowledge of all F&B related procedures and must have an above average knowledge of wines.

Our client is searching for someone who is Guest and Team focused and is driven to improve the offerings already in place at the lodge.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Menu planning
  • Duty Manager / Host duties if required
  • Staff Management
  • Stock control
  • Ordering if required
  • Ensuring of efficiency between the kitchen - FOH departments.
  • Ability to train less experienced staff on wines and basic F&B duties etc.
REMUNERATION & ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

  • R8, 000. 00 - R12, 000. 00 dependent on above
