Individual will have advanced organizational skills in order to take responsibility for primary task of managing the food and beverage supply chain for the lodge.
1. Coordinating stock and ordering of food, drinks and supplies from suppliers.
2. Assisting kitchen staff in all aspects of kitchen operation and food preparation.
3. Work out menus and cater for special diets like vegan, gluten-free, etc.
4. Prepare, serve and clean food service area before and after meal service.
In addition, the position entails assisting in the following areas:
1. Hosting and interacting with guests on a daily basis.
2. General front of house duties such as room checks, guest arrivals, restocking of supplies.
