Our client is searching for a Guest and Team focused individual who is driven to improve the offerings already in place at their lodge.

KEY FOCUS AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You are to provide a 3 course meal for the lodges' Guests of which you are to do the menu planning yourself - a choice of 2 starters, 2 main meals & a dessert
  • An amuse-bouche to be provided for Guests on arrival from evening game drive
  • Preparation of Game drive snacks
  • Preparation of Staff dinner
  • You are to look after the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence including checking up on another smaller camp on the same property.
  • This will include the placing of orders, check up on morning shift staff so they keep up with the lodges' standard.
  • You will be required to do month end stock takes, capturing of stock, invoices etc. from time to time.
