Operations/Area Management Jobs.

Operation/Area managers are responsible for the generation of turnover through the implementation of marketing activities, preparation of budgets and targets, investigation of variances and the application of corrective actions. They are responsible for recruiting staff, overseeing their induction, training and appraisals, recommending salary increases and monitoring their career development. They set objectives and motivate all the staff.

Operations/Area managers control all administration and ensure that cost parameters are understood and controlled by the lodges. You must have strong leadership skills, be well organised and decisive. A high energy level, self-motivation and a sense of responsibility are also important.
